FEES Jumping Jacks is open Monday-Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm. Early starts (before 8.00am) and late finishes (after 6.00pm) can be arranged. If you require this facility please book these times in advance. From time to time, sessions in addition to those regularly booked may be required. Whilst Jumping Jacks does not guarantee to have spaces availbale, we will always do our utmost to accommodate requests. |

Full time fee includes all meals, snacks and drinks. If your child attends part-time and requires a meal an additional fee of £1.85 is required. Formula, nappies, wipes, creams etc must be supplied by th parents. If your child requires bottles, these can be made fresh at Jumping Jacks. |
Fees are invoiced monthly and are due on the first day of the month to which they relate. Any extras which are not invoiced for must be paid on the day in which they occur. In the event that fees for your child`s place are in arrears of more than 2 weeks the place provided will be terminated withimmediate effect and arragements made to pay back any fees outstanding. |
If your child is absent through sickness or holidays please advise us. No refunds or reductions are made for absence. Jumping Jacks is closed for one week at Christmas in addition to public holidays. During these times of closure all fees are charged at the normal rate. |
Jumping Jacks is closed for Bank and Public holidays. If your child normally attends on these days normal fees apply. |
Please ensure your child has plenty of appropriate clothing for both indoor and outdoor activities. Spare clothes need to be provided especially for young babies. |
In order to register your child at Jumping Jacks a fee of £45.00 is required. In the event that a place is required to be held for up to 3 months a tetainer fee will be charged. The fee will be calculated on half your full fee for one month. |
Fee increases will be made on an annual basis and 4 weeks written notice will be given to parents. |
FOUR WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF THE PLACE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. |
